Method
- Combine: In a small bowl, add mayonnaise. Squeeze in fresh lime juice if using.
- Mix in the blend: Stir in Kinder's Fire Roasted Jalapeño Lime Crunch Blend until fully incorporated. The blend adds fire-roasted jalapeño pieces, toasted garlic, onion, and lime notes along with satisfying crunchy texture.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the aioli. Add more Kinder's Fire Roasted Jalapeño Lime Crunch Blend, 1 Tbsp at a time, for spicier or bolder flavor. Stir well after each addition.
- Chill (optional): Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld. The crunch softens slightly but stays noticeable. Serve right away for maximum texture.
- Serve: Use as a spread on sandwiches, tacos, or burgers; as a dip for fries, veggies, or chips; as a topping for grilled meats; or as a drizzle over seafood.

Notes
- Start low on the blend — 2 Tbsp hits medium heat and crunch. The blend is bold; add more one tablespoon at a time and taste between additions rather than going heavy at the start.
- Fold, don't stir hard — The jalapeño and garlic bits in the blend have real texture. Fold them in gently to keep the crunch intact through every spoonful.
- Lighten it up — Swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt or sour cream for a tangier, slightly lighter base. The flavor holds with either.
- Make a double batch — This aioli keeps in an airtight container for up to a week. Double the recipe on Sunday and use it all week on tacos, grain bowls, and sandwiches.
- Fix it fast — Too thick? Thin with ½ tsp lime juice or a splash of water. Too spicy? Stir in extra mayo a tablespoon at a time until the heat lands where you want it.
- Fish tacos and shrimp tacos are the obvious first call — this aioli replaces plain crema or tartar sauce with something bolder. The smoky jalapeño and lime cut through the richness of fried fish without overwriting it.
- On a burger, it replaces both the mayo and the condiment layer. One spread does everything.
- For parties, serve it as a dip alongside grilled vegetables, sweet potato fries, or chips. It also works as a quick drizzle over grilled corn or a carne asada plate — anywhere you want a citrus-heat hit without building a sauce from scratch.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Give it a stir before serving — the Kinder's blend can settle slightly as it sits. No reheating needed; serve cold or at room temperature.
- The crunch softens a little after the first day as the jalapeño bits absorb moisture from the mayo. If you want maximum texture, make it fresh and serve right away. For meal prep, the flavor is actually better after a few hours once everything melds.
