- Make guacamole: Mash avocados in a bowl to desired chunkiness. Stir in Kinder's The Blend Seasoning, diced red onion, jalapeños, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro. Taste and adjust. Cover and set aside.
- Cook ground beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in Kinder's Taco Blend Seasoning and a splash of water if the mixture looks dry. Cook 3–5 minutes until well-seasoned and heated through. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- Warm each large flour tortilla in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make it pliable. Have all fillings prepped and ready before assembling.
- Build each crunch wrap: Lay the large tortilla flat. In the center, layer: shredded cheese blend, seasoned ground beef, tostada shell, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce.
- Place the small flour tortilla over the center to cover the fillings. Starting from one edge, fold the large tortilla up and over in overlapping pleats, working your way around until fully enclosed. Press down firmly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a thin layer of oil or butter. Place the crunch wrap seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip carefully and cook another 2–3 minutes on the other side.
- Slice in half and serve immediately while the tostada is still crunchy.

Notes
- Warm the tortilla first — A cold tortilla cracks when you fold it. Ten to fifteen seconds in the microwave makes it pliable. Warm it right before you build, not five minutes ahead.
- Don't overfill — Keep the filling flat and centered, not stacked tall. Height creates gaps, gaps mean the wrap unfolds in the skillet. Coverage matters more than volume.
- Press hard at the start — Set the wrap seam-side down and press firmly with a spatula for the first 20–30 seconds. That heat and pressure seals the pleats shut. Let go too early and the folds relax.
- Make the guac last — Avocado oxidizes fast once it's cut and seasoned. Build your guac right before assembly. If any sits between wraps, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface.
- Medium heat, not high — High heat browns the outside before the cheese melts inside. Two to three minutes per side on medium gets you golden, crispy, and hot all the way through.
- Slice each wrap in half and eat immediately — the tostada shell starts softening within a few minutes and the crunch is the point. If you're making multiple wraps back to back, keep the skillet on medium between rounds.
- On the side: extra salsa, hot sauce, lime wedges. A lime-dressed black bean and corn salad is the right call — the acid cuts through the richness of the beef and cheese without fighting the flavors in the wrap.
- Building for a group? Set up a station: warm tortillas stacked under a kitchen towel, beef in a covered skillet on low, guacamole covered with plastic, all toppings in bowls. Let people assemble their own. It moves faster than building them yourself and everyone gets the ratio they want.
- Assembled crunch wraps don't hold — the tostada shell goes soft and the tortilla gets soggy. Cook them and eat immediately.
- Store the components separately. Seasoned beef keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water to keep it from drying out. Guacamole should be used the same day or the next morning at the latest — press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before refrigerating to slow oxidation.
- To prep ahead: cook the beef up to 3 days in advance, dice your toppings, and stage everything so assembly takes under 5 minutes when you're ready to cook.
